Cancellation Policy
This cancellation policy (“Policy”) describes how Redway Marketing (“we” or “us”) handles cancellation requests for subscription purchases, recurring orders, and other eligible orders placed through www.standardcbd.com (the “Site”). This Policy is provided in connection with our Terms of Use, Subscription Policy, and any other agreement that governs your use of the Site and Services.
Please review this Policy carefully before making a purchase or enrolling in any recurring order program through the Site.
SECTION 1 – Subscription Cancellation
If you are enrolled in a recurring order, auto-renewal, or subscription offering through the Site (“Subscription”), you may cancel your Subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future recurring orders only. Cancellation does not affect any order that has already been processed, packed, prepared for shipment, or shipped.
To avoid your next recurring charge, you should submit your cancellation request before the next renewal order is processed. Because processing times may vary, we recommend submitting cancellation requests at least twenty-four (24) hours before your next scheduled renewal date.
SECTION 2 – How to Cancel a Subscription
You may cancel your Subscription by any of the methods we make available through the Site or customer support channels, including, where available:
- through your online customer account;
- through any subscription management portal made available on the Site; or
- by contacting customer support at info@standardcbd.com.
To help us process your request promptly, please include the name on the order, the email address associated with the Subscription, and any relevant order information.
SECTION 3 – Effect of Cancellation
Once your Subscription cancellation request is processed, your Subscription will not renew again unless you re-enroll. Cancellation does not generate a refund for any prior order, any order already in process, or any order already shipped.
You remain responsible for all charges incurred before the effective cancellation of your Subscription.
SECTION 4 – Order Cancellation for Non-Subscription Purchases
We may accept requests to cancel one-time orders on a limited basis before the order has been processed for fulfillment. However, because orders may move quickly into processing, packaging, or shipment, we do not guarantee that any cancellation request can be completed after an order is placed.
If you need to request cancellation of a one-time order, you should contact us as soon as possible at info@standardcbd.com. If the order has already been processed, packed, or shipped, the order may no longer be canceled.
SECTION 5 – Refunds After Cancellation
A successful cancellation of a Subscription or order does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Refund eligibility, if any, is governed by our return and refund policies as posted on the Site from time to time.
Except where required by law or approved by us in our discretion, we do not provide refunds for:
- Subscription renewals that were processed before a cancellation request was submitted;
- orders already shipped;
- shipping charges already incurred; or
- partially used products or partially elapsed subscription periods.
SECTION 6 – Failed or Incomplete Cancellation Requests
It is your responsibility to ensure that your cancellation request has been submitted and completed successfully. If you do not receive a confirmation or if you are uncertain whether your cancellation request was completed, you should contact us promptly.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by inaccurate account information, email delivery issues, payment platform issues, internet interruptions, or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
SECTION 7 – Fraud, Abuse, and Chargebacks
We reserve the right to refuse future service, restrict account access, cancel orders, or investigate any account activity where we believe there may be fraud, abuse, misuse of promotions, unauthorized payment activity, or misuse of the cancellation process.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first at info@standardcbd.com so that we may review the matter and attempt to resolve it.
SECTION 8 – Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. Any changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise stated.
