Subscription Policy
This subscription policy (“Policy”) describes the terms and conditions that apply to any recurring purchase, auto-renewal order, or subscription program offered by Redway Marketing (“we” or “us”) through www.standardcbd.com (the “Site”). This Policy is provided in connection with our Terms of Use and any other agreement that governs your use of the Site and Services. By enrolling in any subscription or recurring order program offered through the Site, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
Please review this Policy carefully before purchasing any subscription product. If you do not agree to this Policy, please do not enroll in any subscription offering through the Site.
SECTION 1 – Subscription Program Overview
From time to time, we may offer certain eligible products for purchase on a recurring delivery basis (“Subscription”). A Subscription allows you to receive recurring shipments of selected products at the delivery interval you choose during checkout, if available.
By purchasing a Subscription, you authorize us to automatically charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis for the product(s), shipping charges, taxes, and any other applicable charges associated with your Subscription order until you cancel.
Subscription availability, pricing, discount levels, shipment frequency options, and eligible products may change at any time in our sole discretion.
SECTION 2 – Automatic Renewal and Recurring Charges
When you enroll in a Subscription, your order will automatically renew at the interval selected by you at checkout unless and until you cancel. Your payment method on file will be charged automatically for each recurring order generated under your Subscription.
By completing a Subscription purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- your Subscription will continue until canceled;
- you authorize recurring charges to your payment method for each renewal order;
- the amount charged may include the then-current product price, shipping charges, taxes, and other applicable fees; and
- the date of charge may vary slightly depending on weekends, holidays, payment processing, order handling, or fulfillment timing.
SECTION 3 – Subscription Pricing
Certain Subscription purchases may be offered at a discounted price compared to one-time purchases. Any Subscription discount applies only while the applicable offer remains active and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
We reserve the right to change product prices, Subscription pricing, discount percentages, available shipment frequencies, shipping charges, or applicable fees at any time. Any such changes will apply to future recurring orders and will not affect orders that have already been processed.
SECTION 4 – Billing Authorization
By enrolling in a Subscription, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that you authorize us, and our third-party payment processors, to charge that payment method for each recurring order until your Subscription is canceled.
You are responsible for keeping your billing information, shipping address, and payment method current and accurate. If a payment cannot be processed, we may attempt to process the payment again, suspend the Subscription, or cancel the Subscription in our discretion.
SECTION 5 – Shipment Frequency and Order Timing
Your Subscription order will be generated according to the frequency selected by you at the time of enrollment, subject to product availability and operational needs. Recurring orders may be processed before the shipment date in order to prepare and fulfill the order.
Once a recurring order has been processed, packed, prepared for shipment, or transferred to a carrier, that order may no longer be edited or canceled.
SECTION 6 – Managing Your Subscription
You may manage your Subscription, if account functionality is available, by logging into your customer account on the Site. Depending on the tools made available through the Site at the time, you may be able to:
- update your shipping address;
- update your payment information;
- change your delivery frequency;
- skip an upcoming shipment;
- pause your Subscription; or
- cancel your Subscription.

SECTION 7 – Cancellation
You may cancel your Subscription at any time. Cancellation will apply to future recurring orders only and will not affect any order that has already been processed, packed, or shipped.
To avoid the next recurring charge, you should cancel your Subscription before your next renewal order is processed. Because order processing times may vary, we recommend canceling at least twenty-four (24) hours before your next scheduled renewal date.

SECTION 8 – Refunds and Returns for Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are subject to our general return, refund, and exchange policies, if any, as posted on the Site from time to time. Except where required by law or approved by us in our discretion, we do not provide refunds for:
- orders already processed for fulfillment;
- orders already shipped;
- partially used Subscription periods; or
- failure to cancel prior to renewal processing.

SECTION 9 – Product Availability and Substitutions
All Subscription orders are subject to product availability. If a subscribed product becomes unavailable, discontinued, restricted, or delayed, we may delay fulfillment, cancel the affected recurring order, or cancel the applicable Subscription in our discretion. We are not obligated to provide substitute products unless we choose to do so.
SECTION 10 – Changes to or Termination of Subscription Program
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Subscription offering, or to terminate any individual Subscription, at any time and in our sole discretion. This includes the right to limit quantities, reject orders, refuse service, correct pricing or product errors, or cancel a Subscription where fraud, misuse, or unauthorized activity is suspected.
SECTION 11 – Agreement to Terms
By enrolling in any Subscription through the Site, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to this Policy, our Terms of Use, and any other applicable policies posted on the Site.
